Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received – unused, undamaged, and free of any marks, scratches, or residue.

  • Be returned in its original packaging

  • Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Shipping

To initiate a return, please email us at shop@guruprint.co.uk. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at shop@guruprint.co.uk so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or visibly marked items

  • Custom-made or personalised orders

  • Items showing contamination such as food, drink, or smoke residue


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason. Items must still meet all the return eligibility conditions listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note, your bank or card provider may take additional time to complete the transaction.
